The project is designed by the HCP Architecture Studio, distributed in a single (multifamily) building with five floors above ground and three floors below ground.
A total of 23 homes distributed on the ground floor 3 houses, from floor 1 to floor 5 4 houses per floor.
Car parking spaces are distributed in the 3 basements, as well as motorcycle parking spaces. The warehouses are distributed in the three basements and the ground floor.
