The studio ski apartment is part of a hotel located directly on the slopes of the Kolašin 1600 ski resort in Montenegro. This is the first ski-in & ski-out concept in Montenegro and gives you the opportunity to return to your hotel after a long day on the slopes. The studio apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a view of the slopes and the forest. This apartment is an excellent investment opportunity - you can stay here during the ski season and in the summer, and the rest of the year you can rent it out and get a return on investment. The rental model for all units will be Rental Pool, 60% to the unit owner and 40% to the hotel after deducting costs. The opening of the hotel is planned for December 2023.
